TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the buyer on the order form, and only in the geographic destinations specified in the forms of delivery.

All products are shipped in perfect condition. The customer must notify the slightest trace of impact (holes, traces of crushing etc..) in the package to logistics enterprise (or the postman), and, where appropriate, it should reject the package. An identical product will be sent free of charge.

The exchange of a damaged product by transport declared after the delivery, without any reservation at the moment of the delivery, can not be accepted.

As with any shipping, the delivery delays may be longer than expected or the parcel may be declared as missing. In thess cases, the logistics company will be contacted to initiate an investigation. The necessary efforts will be made during the time necessary to find the package. If the parcel is lost, the seller will be refunded by the logistics company and a new package will be delivered to the customer without additional cost.

For our part, we decline all responsibility in delivery times caused by the company's logistics, especially in the event of product loss, weather or strikes.

THE COMPANY'S LOGISTICS DELIVERY PROBLEM

Any anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, lack of product compared to the shipment delivery, damaged package, products broken...) should be rigorously indicated on your packing slip with a comment "in reserve", accompanied with the signature of customer.

The customer must confirm this anomaly by sending a certified mail to the logistics company in the (2) two business days after the date of delivery, mentioning such claims.

The consumer must send a copy of the letter to the address of the seller. Without this, we can not accept any claim.

ERROR IN THE DELIVERY

The consumer must indicate to the seller, same day delivery or the first working day after the delivery, any type of claim due to an error of delivery and/or nonconformity of the goods in kind or in quality in relation to the information provided in the order form.
After this period, any claim will be denied.

The presentation of this claim may be sent to the address of the seller.

Any claim that carried out according to the rules mentioned above and after the designated deadlines will be not considered and the seller shall not be liable with respect to the consumers.

In case of error in the delivery or in an exchange, any product will be returned to the seller in optimal condition (in its original packaging and unused) to be exchanged or refunded.

For any exchange, the customer must have the prior approval of the seller. In the case of agreement, the seller will send another package to the correct address.

Shipping costs shall be borne by the seller, unless it demonstrate that the product does not correspond with the original statement made by the consumer in order to the exchange is carried out correctly.
