TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the buyer on the order form, and only in the geographic destinations specified in the forms of delivery.

All products are shipped in perfect condition. Customer must notify the slightest trace of impact (holes, traces of crushing etc..) in the package of logistics enterprise (or the postman), and, where appropriate, should reject the package. An identical product will be sent free of charge.

The exchange of a product declared, then, and damaged in transit, without any reservation that has been issued to receive the package, can not taken into account.

As with any shipping, it is possible to suffer a delay or that the product will be lost. In this case, the logistics company will be contacted to initiate an investigation. The necessary efforts will be made to all during the time necessary to find the package. In your case, the dealer will be reimbursed by the logistics company and a new same package will be delivered without cost.

For our part, we decline all responsibility in delivery times caused by the company's logistics, especially in the event of product loss, weather or strikes.

THE COMPANY'S LOGISTICS DELIVERY PROBLEM

"Any anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, lack of product compared to the shipment delivery, damaged package, products broken..) should be rigorously indicated on your packing slip with a comment"in reserve", accompanied with the signature of customer.

Consumer must at the same time confirm this anomaly by sending a certified mail to the logistics company for the (2) two business days after the date of delivery, mentioning such claims.

The consumer must send a copy of the letter to the address of the seller. Without this, not be effected at any rate

ERROR IN THE DELIVERY

The consumer must reach the seller, same day delivery or last term as the first working day after the delivery, any type of claim due to an error of delivery and/or nonconformity of the goods in kind or in quality with regard to the information provided in the order form.
After this period, any claim will be denied.

The presentation of this claim against the seller may be directed to the address of the seller.

Any claim that carried out according to the rules mentioned above and then designated deadlines, it will be not considered and seller shall not be liable with respect to the consumers.

In case of error in the delivery or Exchange, any product for Exchange or refund shall be returned to the seller with all the elements of the order and in its original packaging, undamaged, to the address of the seller.

So the change to be accepted, it must be informed and have the prior approval of the seller, which in the case of agreement forwarded the package to the correct address.

Shipping costs shall be borne by the seller, unless proven that the product does not correspond with the original statement made by the consumer, so that the change is carried out correctly.
