How to apply Blondor Plex 9?

  • Mix Blondor Plex 9 with Welloxon Perfect in a ratio of 1:1.5 to 1:2 in a non-metallic container.
  • Apply the mixture evenly to dry, unwashed hair.
  • Leave on for up to 50 minutes without applying heat, monitoring progress every 5-10 minutes.
  • Rinse hair thoroughly after application.
