How to apply #Mais Cachos in your routine

This cream has multiple applications: as a rinsing treatment cream, as a styling cream, as a pre-shampoo or even as a Co-Wash.

As a treatment cream (with rinsing):

1. After shampooing, remove excess water with a microfiber towel.
2. Apply a generous amount of cream from mid-lengths to ends, avoiding touching the roots.
3. Detangle with a wide-tooth comb or with your fingers, paying particular attention to the most tangled areas.
4. Leave on for 3 minutes or, for deeper care, extend the exposure time to between 5 and 10 minutes, using a thermal cap.
5. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and finish with a splash of cold water to seal the cuticle and enhance shine.

As a leave-in styling cream:

1. Apply to damp hair.
2. Divide the hair into sections and distribute a small amount of cream from mid-lengths to ends, without touching the roots.
3. Do not rinse and proceed to style as usual.

As a pre-shampoo:

1. Apply to dry, unwashed hair, in sections.
2. Wrap the hair and leave on for 15 minutes.
3. Rinse and continue washing and treating your hair with the Skala products of your choice.

As a Co-Wash:

1. Apply a small amount of product to wet hair.
2. Distribute on the scalp, massaging as if it were a shampoo.
3. Rinse.
4. Continue applying a small amount of #Mais Cachos from mid-lengths to ends, and detangle with your fingertips.
5. Rinse again.

Tips to enhance your curls

• Use lukewarm water when washing to avoid excessive opening of the cuticle.
• Dry your hair with a microfiber towel or cotton t-shirt instead of rubbing it vigorously, this will prevent frizz.
• Apply “plopping” or “scrunching” techniques while drying to activate the spiral shape of your curls.
• Avoid excessive heat tools; if you use them, protect your hair with a good heat protectant product.
• Refresh your curls between washes with a moisturizing spray or a few drops of light oil.
